What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness Coaching uses sound professional coaching methods to help people make lasting lifestyle changes. You will receive advice, counsel, information, guidance, direction and support in order for you to live as healthy as possible both mentally and physically.

 

What can I expect from a Wellness Coaching Session?

During your initial session, you will create a health profile, identify and set goals, and create a "road map" to achieve those goals.  Wholelife Wellness provides a safe environment and promotes growth for you to reach success.  Linda will help you create positive changes in your life and define the steps to take to achieve both short and long term goals.

 

Why would a person want Wellness Coaching?

You will receive the help and encouragement you need to improve lifestyle behavior.  Coaching is based on accountability, which is the foundation that creates RESULTS.  Wellness Coaching will provide you with the ability to pinpoint what specific action steps to take in your life to receive measurable results!

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9am-1pm

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:30pm-8:30pm

Investment:

60 min. Initial Wellness Coaching Session: $80

30 min. Follow Up Wellness Coaching Session: $40

1-3 Follow-Up Sessions are recommended 3-6 weeks after the Initial Apt.
